Lipoma
Firs Phase II – Graham, Washington
The Lipoma Firs Phase II project consists of a start to finish site
development operation of over 132 acres. Parker Pacific was contracted
to handle logging, clearing, mass site excavation, as well as utility
installation, curb, sidewalk and final paving installation. The project
duration is roughly 15 months with an overall contract value of $4.5
million.

Puyallup
Highlands –
Puyallup, Washington
The Puyallup Highlands project is a multi phased development consisting
of a residential building lots located
on roughly 82 acres. Parker Pacific is teaming up with Pacific Resource
Development and Crossmark Homes to perform all site logging, clearing,
mass excavation, storm, sewer, water installation, as well as curb,
sidewalk and final paving. The overall project is valued at approximately
$14 million with a scheduled completion of 12-1-07.

Shawnee
Ridge – Puyallup, Washington
The Shawnee Ridge development is again a residential development located
in Puyallup partnered with Pacific Resource Development and Crossmark
Homes. Parker Pacific will be performing all logging, clearing, mass
excavation, storm, sewer, water installation, as well as offsite improvements
to 136th Avenue. The overall project is valued at approximately $4.5
million with a scheduled completion of 12-1-07.

Limerick
– Yelm, Washington
The Limerick development is a 120 acre residential development located
in Yelm, WA. Parker Pacific has contracted with Pacific Resource Development
to perform all logging, clearing, mass excavation, storm, water and
road installation. The contract is valued at approximately $3 million
with a scheduled completion of 5-1-07.

Krause/McKinley
– Tacoma, Washington
The Krause Retreat and McKinley Hillside projects are two adjacent residential
developments located on roughly 10 acres in Tacoma. PAR homes has contracted
with Parker Pacific to completed all site development, utility installation
as well as offsite improvements for the project. The overall project
valued at approximately $1.1 million with a scheduled completion of
08-31-06.

Highland
Park
– Kent,
Washington
The Highland Park project was one of our first multiunit developments
consisting of 16 single-family dwellings located on a 1 acre site in
Kent, Washington. Parker Pacific again teamed up with PAR Homes on the
project and we are currently in the process of obtaining final completion.
Parker Pacific is performing the site clearing, mass site excavation
and are on track to complete the remaining site utilities, curb, sidewalk
and final paving installation by late February 2006. The projected contract
value is approximately $500,000.
