The Highland Park project was one of our first multiunit developments consisting of 16 single-family dwellings located on a 1 acre site in Kent, Washington. Parker Pacific again teamed up with PAR Homes on the project and we are currently in the process of obtaining final completion. Parker Pacific is performing the site clearing, mass site excavation and are on track to complete the remaining site utilities, curb, sidewalk and final paving installation by late February 2006. The projected contract value is approximately $500,000.
The Krause Retreat and McKinley Hillside projects are two adjacent residential developments located on roughly 10 acres in Tacoma.
The Limerick development is a 120 acre residential development located in Yelm, WA.
The Shawnee Ridge development is again a residential development located in Puyallup partnered with Pacific Resource Development and Crossmark Homes.
The Puyallup Highlands project is a multi phased development consisting of a residential building lots located on roughly 82 acres.
The Lipoma Firs Phase II project consists of a start to finish site development operation of over 132 acres.
This grant funded project will enhance salmon habitat in the 3 streams that merge on this site. The 12.85 acre site was purchased by Pierce County
